If you ask us how Wisteria Bistro started, the short answer is: we drank too much coffee.
We’re two people who plan most of our days around cafés. New coffee shop? We’re already in the car. Fresh from a night shift? Sleep can wait, we’d still drive straight to the nearest café. Priorities. 😅
Every visit turned into an unplanned review. “The coffee’s good, but…” “The food could be better.” “The ambiance needs…”
Then one day we laughed and said, “Mayu lang ta mag-comment. What if kita naman patindog kapehan?”
We thought it was just another joke.
A month later, Wisteria Bistro was born.
Today, we’re still two corporate slaves juggling deadlines, meetings and espresso shots, chasing a lifelong dream one cup at a time. Every drink we serve is inspired by the cafés we loved and the ones that made us believe we could do it, too.
