MESTIZO is established year 2020 and known originaly as mexican/filipino cafe/restaurant. As time pass by, we transform into more sustainable cafe/restaurant which we called “ilonggo-forward” a philosophy we proudly coined to describe a way of cooking rooted in heritage , guided by locality, and driven by technique, curiosity and a shared vision for exploration and growth. We support local farmer’s and local products. We are using a variety of local beans on our coffee Menu. We offer specialized coffee menu that you can’t find in other shops.
